Some good benefits, but moral is low

Pros

Good amount of time off, medical benefits are great and weekly pay is nice.

Cons

Low merit increases, get penalized for using sick time and personal days are on a "rolling calander" instead of a set number renewed every year.

Pros

Pay is fair for some employees. Not so much for others.

Cons

Managers will not do their jobs. Don't know what's really going on. Just keep pushing the employees to the breaking point. Employees really have no respect for managers that won't do anything and discipline temp employee's that need to GO.
