-System needs to be updated.
-There is a major lack of leadership, all members of management transferred over from a previous company (that failed) and that culture was brought over to PharMerica.
-Training is subpar with no training manual/SOP for employees to follow/refer to, so training consists of "I'm not sure if this is the correct way, but this is how I do it".
-No respect for staff, especially techs
-Favoritism shown during scheduling
