      There are some great people that work here.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Director Hired a family member with no experience and pays them more than any other tech. Constantly understaffed. Techs are expected to take on more jobs to make up for lack of staff with no increase in pay. The 'favorites' are able to call out whenever they want even without having any PTO.

      Team members are the only good part about this job.

      Cons

      Toxic, toxic, toxic…. They can’t keep their employees. Managers micromanage to the max.
