Career path for upward mobility is in place for sales positions. Work is easy. and un-complicated.

Cons

Not customer-focused, low-pay, no accountability. Customers don't think twice before leaving even if it mean breaching their contract. Not a glamorous place to work.

Pros

No pros, unless you have zero experience at all... then, after you work here, you can say you have the ability find drugs on a shelf, but the rest of the process is nearly guesswork, because it is no longer documented. If you only want to join a social life, come on in!

Cons

The gossip mill is brutal and unrestrained, the lack of documented processes leads to misinstruction and inconsistent production and errors, this place is much more like a back woods factory production line than a traditional pharmacy, cross training is nonexistent, no opportunity for advancement - positions are never announced internally for promotion.
