Low pay, benefits are average

This company was good when it was Propacpayless. Less than 1 year ago it was sold to Pharmerica and later to Brightsprings and then to a KKR a hedge fund that has nothing to do with pharmacy. This place do no give Christmas bonus, no salary raises, no 401K match anymore, only 80 hours total paid vacation in 1 year, bad started salary, and high turnovers. They used a point system if you are 5 minutes early 1 point, 5 minute late 1 point. If you become sick 1 point. 10 points and you get fired. Employees are just a number. The Hr department will tell you that they are there only to help their supervisors not the workers. The headquarters of this company is in Kentucky so the mind set is just like the South. If you work here do not get the benefit plan is a scam for subsidized companies. The healthcare package is overpriced and not good. There is barely security in the premises so watch out at night! Do not work here! You will regret it!
