Pros
Getting to see the country was amazing and the fact that you got a rental car and a company credit card every week to use was ridiculousy convenient. Also, I loved the people I workes with and miss each and every one of them every day!
Cons
Pay, Pay, and Pay......what more can I say? I would go back tomorrow if they increased the pay structure. I, as well as many of my former colleagues, received (and accepted) job offers with other LTC pharmacies for 30 grand more a year with no questions asked. In saying that, I can honestly say that, if PMC offered N increase in pay tomorrow, we would easily come crawling back.
