      Pros

      Work/Life balance. Great for getting into different IT specialties.

      Cons

      Dealing with anything Human Resources related is a pain. Benefits have gone down in quality tremendously. Disappointing from a Healthcare organization. Growth is incredibly slow as are salary increases.

      They're outsourcing all the work they possibly can to people who have absolutely no idea what they're doing

      Worse than CVS

      Everything, lazy, incompetent management ( would be great in Congress), on call all the time, poor call pay, poor baseline pay. Literally, worse than CVS.
