      Morale is very low across the board especially in Operations, positions/depts are very under staffed.

      Pros

      Very stringent quality controls. Products are among the very best in the industry. Pay and bonuses are above industry average. Excellent employee discounts on vitamins and supplements (at cost).

      Cons

      Everyone is overworked and stressed. Management is heavy handed and closed-minded when it comes to the amount of workload per worker. Don't make any mistakes or you'll pay. This is a Marketing company. If you're not in Marketing, be prepared to kiss their butt.

      Pros

      1) Pharmavite has always something going on to work on , improve on. 2) Every employee is very dedicated for company's progess. 3) We work in a collaborative environment.

      Cons

      1) Their no career growth as such . 2) Promotions hardly come through to anyone. 3) There is rivalry to prove supremacy which is quite unhealthy sometimes. 4) Management support is not upto the mark.
