In the last few years most of the new hires have been remote employees which is not necessarily bad but be aware that unless you work in Rochester NY or New Zealand, most of your co-worker relationships will be with remote individuals.

Too many organizational changes. Senior leadership worries more about what the board thinks rather than focus on their employees. Too much turnover; They will fire anyone for any little reason. There is no real “culture”. New CEO has no idea what he is doing at the helm. Insurance is very expensive, no raises for anyone this year, and overall, there is no alignment amongst different teams. Pharos isn't the greatest thing since sliced bread. There isn’t really a focus on print management from a potential customer standpoint. Not many companies really care about it. Our solution is a “nice to have” rather than a “need to have”. I truly believe everything has gone downhill.
