Don't waste your time, it's all flash and no substance. Little or unclear requirements, ambiguous tasks that leave room for manipulation and gaslighting if you don't achieve the undefined expectation. How can performance be tracked if there is no clear objective? Managers that pass their responsibility of providing clarity onto their reports, then they shift the blame and get away with it. Whoever identifies with this please resign, you have lost credibility. Unsustainable workloads, they must mistake us for AI machines, goals that change mid way if there are any goals. The same problems are rotated every year, no real value created, no real strategy. The show is run by incompetents with big egos while competent workers struggle to get real value across and not get punished for bruising the big egos. Never seen a company this bad, there's way better out there, trust me.
