I’ve seen a lot of growth in terms of how the company operates and expands. There’s a strong emphasis on building something long-term rather than short-term wins. You also get to work with people who are serious about what they do, which helps raise your own standards.
Cons
As the company evolves, some processes are still being refined, so things aren’t always fully streamlined, but there is evident effort being put in to change the downsides for the better.
