Pros

Nice people, some are good at what they do. Salaries are ok comparing to the market. You have a lot of room to explore, research and basically do whatever you want with the product without anyone pressuring you. Good work/life balance, no pressure.

Cons

Very centralistic management and amateur product team. There is no strategy and nothing gets done in time. Priorities keep changing all the time and no one really cares about the outcome or quality. no strategy or clear plan. All development is done in India with very low quality and 0 team work. No one works in agile and projects drag for months with many bugs that are not fixed.
