Work is good. I got to a learn a lot. HR is good but powerless.

Cons

Company is not at all diversified. At times official meetings happen in regional languages. There is no work culture. They have a policy of WORK HARD NO PLAY. Company policies are very bad. Higher management is not concerned about employees. Leave policy is a total waste.
