Pros

This company has some fantastic cutting edge ideas, tries to keep employee moral very high, and regularly does fun company activities. The products are superior to most others on the market. They offer really fantastic training and orientation for new employees, and give back to the community in frequent and meaningful ways. Philanthropy is a driving consideration here.

Cons

This is a family run company. The CEO is fantastic, amazing, brilliant, and kind. others, particularly family members in management positions, aren't qualified and would probably have a hard time getting similar job titles elsewhere. Pay is low.

Pros

Few good men are still there.

Cons

You will rarely find very good colleagues. A lot of bullies, politics, back talking, gossip, people say something but there intension are different. Incompetent Management that let group members fight. Sometimes, Management cant control bullies because they are politically connected and strong. Manager have no control of team. Show off with lunches/ free food to cover there lack of incompetent to get quarterly evaluation reviews.

Pros

Colleagues are on the same boat and help with the stress level but cannot help with workload because they already have too much on their plate. Company medical benefits are really good.

Cons

The management is highly inefficient, with a significant workload compounded by micromanagement. They create a facade of team engagement through events but lack a clear strategy and delegate the planning to staff without consideration. There is no accountability or realistic goal-setting, and the team is severely understaffed, leading to additional duties on top of already overwhelming responsibilities. Communication is poor, hindering collaboration both within the department and across other teams. Management primarily focuses on appearances for upper executives rather than providing genuine leadership or support to the staff. As a result, errors are frequent, and the overall management approach is disorganized and ineffective. HR fails to hold management accountable, so meaningful improvements are unlikely. It’s important to carefully consider the offer before committing.
