Too much process oriented...most of the people running decisions or running process don't have any customer exposure

Great first job out of college if looking for HPLC, chemical engineering/manufacturing, or tooling. If engaged, can jump between departments and learn multiple skills.

Cons

However, below competitive pay, management that don't align across departments, and high turnover make it tough to recommend long term. Learn as much as you can and leave when a better position arrives.
