Bullying is the norm and a culture here, the clique of management are all friends so if you have a genuine welfare concern, I wouldn’t expect anything to be done with it. There is training provided at the bare minimum with so many gaps left you are expected to just find things out yourself.. but when you ask a question please expect a sarcastic email because they are ‘better’ than you ever could be. Micro management on the things that are really indifferent to whether you hit targets or not.
