      Pros

      Everyone pitches in to get the work done. Management puts employee safety ahead of everything else. It's a family in so many ways.

      Cons

      We are a cash strapped public utility. We don't have the fancy offices that private companies have. It's a little run down.

      Everyday I come into work knowing that I am surrounded by people who not only want to see me succeed, but help me succeed. I work with some of the nicest and friendliest people in the city with whom I enjoy spending my time at work with. My role allows me to see many different departments and get to know people around the company.
