Tons of knowledge available and people are willing to teach if you are willing to learn

Cons

When employees are due to turnover, their workload is redistributed to those remaining instead restoring staff levels to proper levels quickly. This process taxes out the departments and ultimately lowers the quality work outputted.

Unparalleled health care benefits, very good retirement benefits, parental leave, and nice perks like compressed work weeks. Friendly and familial culture.

Cons

Bureaucratic at times. No opportunities to work from home. Strict requirements to clock in and out makes it difficult to provide flexibility when needed.

Management was extremely accommodating and the work environment was relatively laid back. Incredible benefits all covered 100%.

Cons

The building is over 175 years old and it looks like it. The air quality is very poor and frankly feels unhealthy.
