      Large lack of communication

      Pros

      Okay benefits/401k matching and health and fitness perks, volunteer opportunities, not much else is a pro at this company unfortunately

      Cons

      Such a large lack of communication and disconnect between upper management and rest of company. Very political and will get rid of you quickly if they have a "friend" or "family member" to hire. Salary is not competitive at all unless you are sales rep and they try to use the health and fitness perks to cover that up.

      Pros

      Overall great company . Has a big focus on it's employees' health and well being. Also does a lot of charity work.

      Cons

      The pay is less than average across the board and the health benefits have been getting worse as time goes by.
