They care about their employees. They give you long lunches to work out and time off to volunteer. Opportunities for advancement. Senior management is accessible.

Cons

They pay less than other similar positions at larger companies. They cut medical insurance coverage because of over-use. Also, bonus structure is heavily dependent on success of region instead of individual performance.
