      Pros

      Philadelphia Insurance Companies outwardly cares about their employees. They say that employees matter, and most importantly, they show it every day. This is the first company that I have worked for where I can honestly say that it doesn't matter which position that you hold, everyone is treated equally and everyone is just as friendly.
