      Pros

      Philadelphia Insurance Companies offers good pay with seemingly good benefits. People were friendly enough and pretty easy to work with. Clean office space.

      Cons

      No room to grow really at Philadelphia Insurance Companies. When at a smaller company with smaller departments this is usually the case.

      The company culture is strongly unified and everybody has a positive attitude about their work and each other's contributions. There is an international influence, too, as the company has ties to Japan. Holiday parties and team events are common.

      Cons

      If you are not fully invested in a career in insurance, this is not the place for you.
