Great work-life balance, excellent benefits, excellent training and commitment to continuing education for the company and towards designations. Phly invests in its employees and wants them to succeed. The goals are clearly outlined and the environment promotes both individual and team development. Phly also has a commitment to the nonprofits that it insures through volunteer opportunities and opportunity to give back to the local community.

I have worked at Philadelphia Insurance Companies for over 15 years and I have found it a great place to work. I trust the management team, they continue to grow, and they try to do the right thing for their employees, customers, and business partners.

Cons

I have not seen many negatives, but the company employees do have a strong work ethic. If that is not for you maybe they are not a fit.
