      Pros

      Good benefits, decent pay, flexible hours. The company has an attitude of self care, but this does not transfer to hourly positions as well as the exempt ones.

      Cons

      Disconnect from company if you are in the contact center, pretty ok besides this. Would recommend for entry level but not necessarily for lateral moves.

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, no office drama, free coffee and fun holiday events. Full work day is 7.5 hours and overtime is not encouraged and actually has to be pre-approved. Convenient office locations.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for advancement. No break ups in your day. You come in and do the same thing, over-and-over again. For some people this might not be a con.
