      Pros

      Great people, opportunities to shine, paid continuing ed, gym is incredible, very laid back. I love working here.

      Cons

      Policies prevent up and coming high performers to receive raises that match their results. PHLY points only go so far when another company is willing to pay you $20K more to jump ship. HR department needs work.

      Pros

      Great company with excellent benefits package. They are striving to become one of the best companies to work for and they keep upgrading the benefits. The executive management team is awesome!

      Cons

      Always on high gear. High stress environment. They have hired a lot of new management level people and not all of them embrace the Phly culture.

      Pros

      Company is growing in its appetite for new lines of coverage - not just new niches. Has rolled out environmental, surety, flood and now E&S within the last 4 years. Financial strength combined with broad coverage offerings puts PHLY in a good postition in a tough market.

      Cons

      DIvide between marketing and underwriting has been a challenge internally and for some agents, but the company is working to break down those walls.
