Pros
fitness oriented and they pay for a lot of it. decent health/medical benefits flexible work environment support many local/national charities through triathlons and fundraising.
Cons
Family members get promoted and have high level positions even though they are not quailifed for the job. If you have completed a triathlon, you have a good chance of getting a job here. Even if you don't have the right qualifications for the job. They pay a lot lower than other companies. They don't know the difference between sales and marketing. Their advertising/marketing dept consists of administrative assistants who have no marketing knowledge or experience.
