      The people are great Companies say they have an open door policy but at PHLY, they really do. Your voice matters and your concerns are heard..

      Cons

      Home Office has more opportunities for Volunteering and the field gets jealous. We do not have someone in a field office that has a dedicated position to coordinating so the EAC team has to break out time from their day to figure it out and plan events. While we love it, we do not have the availability to attend all of the events ourselves due to limited hours so sometimes we cannot arrange events.
