I previously worked for PHLY and enjoyed the company culture. The department I worked in was downsized so that is the only reason why I left. Benefits were good and PHLY offered flexible work hours as well as the ability to work from home.

Cons

Aggressive workloads which were hard to keep up with during peak times of the year due to the volume of responsibilities within this position.

Nice people and good salary.

Cons

Disorganized to say the least. Completely unwilling to consider anything to organize things. Zero sense of team work or being in this together. They allowed a toxic supervisor to stay until retirement, despite employees quitting due to the supervisor's abuse and hard a*s attitude. The company culture is, "We've always done it this way."
