Larger carrier with decent health benefits

Cons

Cliques; especially with middle and upper management. Politicking, brown-nosing, and selling out your soul was the way to move up. HR department went through the grievance process but they are in on it, too. Nothing happens to the "in-crowd" and they can do no wrong. If you have any sense of integrity and self-respect, don't work at PHLY.

Excellent company for training and management is very supportive for professional growth. Good benefits and bonus. Did not furlough anyone during COVID- company is financially solid.

Cons

Diversity and inclusion is still evolving but on the right track. Advancement opportunities in some positions are limited.
