      Pros

      Philadelphia Insurance Companies really cares about training employees right! I have never had such detailed training before. It is wonderful, and it shows the company really cares about employees learning! Everyone is very helpful and friendly if you have questions! The working environment is professional and fun! The PTO benefits are very generous!

      Pros

      There are many things I enjoy about working at PHLY. You get exposure to upper management, management helping you develop your skills and the autonomy management gives you. I started in the Trainee program and I would recommend it to any college grad or young professional.

      Cons

      High turnover, but that is how the entire industry is with the wage battles going on.

      If you are looking for a job that has the most equal balance of work/life you found the right place. Nothing says itt better than Philadelphia Insurance. I've been here for almost 9 years and couldn't imagine myself anywhere else! You will be happy if your choice, if the time ever comes!
