Pros

The leadership from the founders at PHLY were awesome but the current OCEO and President are not based on merit but based on being a "yes man". The current President was not promoted based on merit but based on his relationship with the founder. I am lucky and appreciate all that that founders of PHLY as an opportunity and his real leadership. The current management at PHLY, more specifically the President, is nothing but into himself and most PHLY employees I know understand it. It is embarrasing to hear the current President talk and pontificate because it is about self promotion.

Cons

Phly is no longer based on merit but based on sucking up to the current leadership. I was with the company for 32 years and the last few years with the current management were horrendous. I am was the first employee in the NW and after 32 years and retiring they treat you like garbage. Rethink your career if you want to stay at PHLY because current management will discard you like trash. A few of my peers that help Phly get on the map are being thrown out because they no longer fit the narrative. Sad and pathetic.

Pros

Lots of wellness focused benefits

Cons

Lots of favortism and preferential treatment for men. Equal pay is a joke here. If you are a woman, I guarentee your male peers are making more than you. Don't believe me? Ask them.
