      Pros

      Regardless of position you are treated respectfully by all employees. Benefits are phenomenal. They encourage employees to do a lot of volunteer work and will give you 7.5 paid hours to do so. Also, their health and wellness program pays quarterly if you participate in health and wellness activities

      bonuses aren't very high you can cap out as far as salary goes within a specific position, for a pay raise you need a promotion
