No company culture No remote option Nearly all departments are short staffed Hiring freeze due to AI but AI doesn't help the Underwriters in any way Pushing random metrics that just take time and don't help Micro management

Company has become very corporate, micromanaging, controlling etc. The only people who can make decisions are the ones at the very top, and they don’t think about how those changes will effect all the employees day to day
