      Local management and conflicting messages - one manager is a stoner pie-in-the sky everything is amazing fruit loop, and the other manager is a corporate stress ball

      Pros

      Work life balance is amazing, Flex time is offered, Community outings, free gym onsite.

      Cons

      Dead -end, pretty much everyone I have come in contact with HAS TO get a second job b/c the salary is so low, volunteering for their community service events is mandatory. My favorite quote from upper management goes something like " If you don't like it , then dust up your resume and leave, its that simple folks" (classic)
