      interesting work, very bright talented people, reasonable career opportunities, benefits rival none. Overall a great place to be

      certain management team members should not be allowed to interact with others, as they do not know the meaning of treating others with dignity

      high salary for swiss locals - that was the best part about the job. also, relocation package of move from us was good.

      Cons

      no career advancement whatsoever. pretty much, glass ceiling. also, they care too much about what the markets think and 'feel'
