Pros

Philip Morris International offers a highly structured professional environment with a clear path for career progression. The leadership team is supportive and demonstrates a genuine commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. It’s an excellent place for those who value organized corporate governance and defined growth opportunities

Cons

No major cons to report. As with any large global organization, there is a significant learning curve. New joiners should be prepared to navigate a complex landscape, but once you understand the internal dynamics, the scale of the company becomes an advantage rather than a hurdle

Pros

Work experience is great, being in a role of planning analyst you are close to business and finance at the same time, so it never gets boring. I worked in a great team, which made me a better-qualified professional during our time together

Cons

The main issues I had during my time with PMI are HR-related problems. Any details on every position switch, promotion or any important news for you as an employee are not known to you up until days before starting. This uncertainty is what made my experience not as fantastic as it could have been.
