Run. Leadership is completely lost

Pros

Used to be people but they let everyone go….

Cons

The company has gone through three major reorganizations within a single year, resulting in VP level firings and demotions. Leadership has shifted its focus away from consumers and toward stakeholders, at the expense of the brand’s core identity. Advancement and recognition are largely dependent on your proximity to leadership rather than your actual contributions. Employees who don’t align themselves with those at the top are quickly sidelined. Honest feedback and differing perspectives are not welcomed your voice carries little weight. The culture feels driven by ego, credit-seeking, and a focus on high-visibility wins over meaningful, sustainable work. This is slowly destroying what was once a strong and successful brand. If the leadership mindset doesn’t shift, the company’s future looks concerning. Proceed with caution
