They switch management to different groups every few years so after you've built up a relationship with your boss, they move him and put someone else in his place. Generally the new guy has absolutely no idea what your job entails. No career prospects. Forget getting anywhere in this company unless you suck up. This company does not reward good work. I've been here for 3 years and have watched the worse people get promoted. people who steal from the company and shirk their work, but they are buddies with the boss.
