Local RSM making life unbearable, she is a B and no idea what she is doing!! I need a true manager, not a baby sitter, I need leadership, not a dictator, Philips needs to address local area service management, they need to purge all the bad managers, ASAP!!

Excessive drive to change the way they do business, alot of money and time spent on foolish projects that complicate the Engineers job and do very little for the customer. Continually taking pay and benefits from employees. Very difficult to move up in the company (even a small step).
