Pros

There really aren't any Pros.

Cons

Morale is so bad that turnover is off the charts. Pay is so low that you can make more at McDonalds. Management has no idea what they are doing or how to listen/train/treat to their direct reports. They are an embarrassment to the medical device field.

Pros

great management and staff, recruiters did a good job of bringing in people who were driven, all departments worked well with each other, outside of your normal corporate red tape everything was very efficient.

Cons

my department didn't get many of the normal holidays as we dealt with international customers and emergency shipments. starting pay was excellent but raises were few and far between during my time.
