Good place to work, great people, sending a lot of work to Panama

Pros

Good place to work for the most part and with great people. You have a sense of pride working for the company as you know they are making a difference in patients' lives.

Cons

The company is short-sighted, layoffs seem to be a recurring theme (beyond bottom performers), upper management is constantly shifting labor to different countries, there's little investment in salaried employees, you will be constantly reminded of your pay grade, it seems that most of the department was being sent to Panama in the coming years, it also seemed like much of GBS was being sent to Panama as well.

Good Place but Master Data is not the area you should look

bad pay in this area.

Pros

Hybrid model of working, but could not come to office for weeks. People are very nice and understanding , all are a big family.

Cons

Workload, the staff is short, so you are doing a lot of things. Pressure on time measurements, so called kpi’s. Routine job at the same time.
