learning exp is good. authority delegation is there. trust on employees is high. being market leader u are able to lead the market.

Cons

work balance is not equally divided ( in sales ). vertical growth is slow due to larger no. of hierarchy level. decision making is slow.

Management seems incompetent. Morale is low, and they do not care about their employees.
