Not what it used to be

- Competitive salary - Work/life balance (if you work hard and have discipline) - Exposure to healthcare experts - Opportunity to work on some really interesting project work

Cons

- Central design function was largely dissolved, so culture is lacking - Zero career development support and progression - Revolving door of leadership, company is in decline
