      Pros

      Talented traders, very value oriented. All the makings of a top tier trade house.

      Cons

      Need to spend more money on analytics, all the senior management have little to no true trading experience. The traders are highly skilled and very impressive - the trading managers are very unimpressive and don’t know how to trade.

      Great culture and social. Fairly relaxed work life balance.

      Cons

      Difficult senior management, terrible support from them. Progression is limited to favourites. HR is almost non existent, don't expect help from them.
