      As turn over is high in my location, there are many opportunities for advancement.

      Turn over in my location is fairly high so it can be difficult to get help as people are over worked.

      I loved this job. I really enjoyed all aspects of everything we did, from tracking the trucks hauling oil to setting up the new system for the office.

      Pros

      The company stresses Safety and Work Life balance. It has been my experience it is a culture that is lived and not just for public consumption. Pay, Benefits and Yearly bonuses are all excellent.

      Cons

      I would like to see more emphasis placed on 3rd party training. Sometimes it is difficult to get approval for the travel expenses it takes to get training.
