Great for anyone in executive leadership if you don't know what you're doing but need to justify your role.

Cons

Constant changes being made that don't work in the field. Leadership does not care about what you have to say to make things better. Always rolling things out before it's complete/kinks worked out. Then those of us rolling these initiatives out are the ones who take the brunt from everyone that whatever is rolled out needs to be fixed, Little to no opportunities for advancement or promotion. Merit increases are small. Constant 'work elimination' aka 'layoffs' and forcing others to take on that work.
