Pros

People are encouraged to create new ideas and implement them! People are treated as a professional. We have flexibility, treating us as a "whole person" and not just seeing us as a worker. Phillips invests in developing their people. People who work there have integrity. I've learned a great deal about my field and about business, over the years. I would, and have, recommended Phillips to my friends, as a great place to work.

Cons

We have spent more time and $ building our brand recently, which has been needed. Ensuring EVERY leader is 100% supportive of our culture in every way possible!
