Incredible place to grow you career. I feel appreciated for the work that I do. Senior management leaders are very approachable and accessible. Everyone is open to new ideas.

Pros

Holidays off. You get good holidays to go home.

Cons

12 to 14 hours a day with terrible management. They tell you get a 4 day weekend a month off but then when you get hired they tell you cant have the time off because they need to make production. If you don't mind being a salaried employee working long hours alongside hourly employees making almost twice as much money with promises that your bonuses, make up for the 40,000 or more than you its a good place to work.

They have great benefits and give you time off whenever needed and 40 hours paid leave for Christmas.

Cons

I worked in bowling green, fl. But, if you take off or are forced to take off, they ill give your equipment to someone else. Everybody is always yelling or insulting other people. Half of the supervisors have family that work under them so the favoritism is unparalleled.
