Every pro for the people thing they do is just a safety net to cover them selves legally for whatever illegal activity the'll have you doing.

Cons

Toxic management (who berates their employees over the supervisor being a lazy bum not bringing them adequate tools. Even the Dutch have laws about treating their slaves with more respect then this company.
