Pros

The overall pay was low, but overtime opportunities were always available.

Cons

Didn't know if days off were approved until schedule came out, so scheduling appointments was difficult.

Pros

Phoenix Children's is undergoing a very large expansion effort, opening 3 different campuses in addition to the main hospital. There are plenty of opportunities for growth as an RT.

Cons

Respiratory has experienced 2 leadership changes. A large part of our veteran staffers have been lost. Staff is very junior. PC is expanding at a very high pace and because management has been experiencing recruiting difficulties, we are using travelers in order to fill the gaps.
